As you can see there is a slight slope on the the whole block, but after discussing this with the builder, I can have 3 levels cut into the land , one level for the house, second level for the spa, shed etc. 3rd level will be for my veggie garden :)

The Very Start

I Purchased my land October 30th 2008, The thing that sold me the Block of Land was the View about 180 deg of rolling mountains and views for ever.
The land is Approx 1.48 Acres. ( 4949Sq Mtrs)
At the base of the Block, is a Lagoon, Man made, but full of wildlife, and just an abundance of Kookaburra's just so much serenity.
